"Excellent place to stay! We highly recommend for anyone to stay here. Spotless rooms, hallways, and lobby. Staff were helpful and friendly. There is a terrace that guests can use which provides an open, shaded, and quiet outside area. A big bonus is that parking is available on request for a small extra fee, but trust us, having that close guaranteed spot was amazing if you have a car! With regards to location, Trogir is a quick walk away, and the beaches along Čiovo are lovely. There are many restaurants and a small grocery store just down the street. Split is a reasonably short drive away as are many other scenic adventures. Overall, 10/10!"

"Appartement très confortable, propre, très bien équipé avec une bonne literie. En dernier étage (pas de bruit au-dessus), la terrasse est un vrai plus, avec une vue magnifique, très agréable pour les repas du soir. L'accessibilité à la baie et la plage sont tout à fait possibles à pieds. Christine est très sympathique et disponible pour répondre aux questions et son contact sur place tout à fait fiable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Merci !"

"We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Trogir as a family group of 13 (12baby).The villa itself is one of the cleanest and well appointed that we have stayed in with every need met - the air conditioning and ice machines were much appreciated!From the start communication was excellent with quick replies on any questions we had. We were given a warm welcome by Mrs Bajt and team with cold drinks and homemade biscuits. They continued to look after us during the stay with the bbq and outside areas being tidied before we woke up and even a mid week clean and linen change. The villa is in a great location across the road from a little beach and also the water taxi to Trogir marina. This cost 5 per person but Uber also very easy for a cheaper option. Okrug beach is a 10 min walk with bars, restaurants and water activities. Mrs Bajt recommended Konoba Pizzeria Mirkec to us and we can confirm the food (especially the pizza) was delicious! Thank you all for a fabulous stay- we would definitely recommend!"

"The room and the balcony view of the marina were great, nice place to sit and watch the boats. Staff was great, polite and very helpful. Our main issue was with a smell in the room. It was a musty moldy type of smell. I could smell it the first time I can into the room, but thought perhaps because the AC was off. It persisted, and after not sleeping well at all, the next day I talked to the staff. They cleaned again, and sprayed some product that seemed to get rid of tge odor. We also bought a candle to burn. Second night was ok, but the third night the smell was back and the candle alone could not completely mask it. Don't know if this was a mold type of thing, something in the AC, or a sewer issue, but it did impact an otherwise nice stay."

"Our stay was nothing short of spectacular!! When we arrived we were greeted with champagne and they had upgraded us to a suite for our bachelorette trip! Incredible! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, the pool and beach were excellent, the beds were comfortable and the location is an easy walk to the old town. Couldn’t have been better!"

"Such a unique and amazing holiday experience - we had never been to Croatia before - we fell in love with its beauty, its food, people and their hospitality. Tips: Hire the smallest car you need for the coastal roads and access. There are a lot of hills & steps in Croatia, so you need good level of fitness/mobility. THE VILLA - set on a hillside with access by car. There are 5/6 other apartments, with Ivica (the owner) living there too. We had the top apartment that comfortably sleeps 6 in 3 double bedrooms with 2 en-suites, a family bathroom, large lounge area and two balconies overlooking Okrug Gornji and the sea on one side and the forrest hillside on the other. Access is via 2 sets of steps from the main carpark or you can take your car up a steep road to park in front of the apartment. The swimming pool is perfect approx 8x4m - sunbeds & towels provided. With AIRCON, WiFi and a smart TV, all the rooms are a good size, very clean, plenty of storage space, clean bedding and towels provided. The LOCATION - Okrug Gornji 5 miles from Split airport and 3 miles from Trogir. The island is stunning - so much to see on land and sea. IVICA - what a superb host, nothing was too much trouble. During our two weeks we had 4 lots of family and friends join us, He & his family welcomed us all like long-lost friends, inviting us for drinks and a traditional meal of grilled fish and meat which Ivica cooked - definitely two Michelin Stars! An amazing experience - we loved it."

"The villa and the apartments were nice. The apartments were clean, nice outdoor area and pool, easy access to the sea and beach. Perfect for families with kids traveling on holidays together. Easy accommodation, as the villa is nearby the airport. Food markets, beach bars and restaurants are also in walking distance."
