"Cleaning service was excellent. Parking was also good, but it was off season so there weren’t too many guests. The ambience around the pool was stellar with comfortable canopies beds and places to enjoy the sun. Breakfast was provided by the neighboring restaurant, and the woman who made omelettes could not have been more un-friendly! In fact, “omelette lady” has now become code between my husband and me for a person who is not nice. Our bed was too bouncy, but the room was spacious. We had a flood from the shower into the bedroom, and the staff told us not to worry about it and that it was “normal.” That struck us as strange, but we figured it was an Italian thing."

"The amenities listed are not accurate. There is no laundry. There was no oven nor was there a Smart TV. After booking I inquired about the pool and was told that it would cost 60 euros a day!!! Even though our booking was 3 months out he would not let me cancel.The beds are as hard as rock. There was 1 dish towel that had 2 holes in it and a burn mark. The dish cloth was a face cloth. There was 1 bath towel for each guest - any extras would be 10 euros each. I asked for toilet paper and was reminded that this is a vacation rental not an Air B and B. The only redeeming feature was a large deck with fabulous views. I do not recommend this property!"

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The buildings are quite old, and the location is far from other facilities. It feels more like a small family resort, with not much to do if you’re a younger traveler looking for activities"

"We left this property a week early due to serious maintenance and safety issues. The pool was unusable for three days on arrival (low water, broken skimmer, repairs underway). The lower-level toilet was cracked, removed on Aug 22, and not replaced until Sept 4. Showers leaked, electrical outlets were exposed, ceiling lights flickered, and mold was present in the bathrooms and exterior.We also dealt with ants, mosquitoes from overgrown landscaping, rust dripping from AC units, and unusable cookware/appliances (some replaced during our stay). Furniture was dirty, and discarded appliances were left in the yard. Maintenance workers were constantly in and around the home, making it stressful and unsuitable for a vacation.I documented everything with 46 photos which some are attached (only allowable amount) The same issues were raised in a previous review, which proves these problems were not isolated. Guests should be aware this home was not properly prepared or maintained before our arrival.The host is very dishonest with her statements on the seriousness of the property. Instead of taking responsibility for the conditions she blames the guest for the maintenance problems that should have been addressed prior to renting."

"Nice place, and nice staff, who are good at informing. and following up. But including electricity consumption should have been more realistic. Use, only 3 heat pumps, in the evening night for cooling, still it was 140 euros extra in electricity in a week."
