Hotel Castillos del Mar

"It really wouldn’t be fair to rate this hotel by comparing it to a modern Cancun-style resort. Yes, the hotel is dated, and some of the amenities are as well—there is no air conditioning, for example. But I’m not going to base my entire opinion on that. Our room was very nice, we slept well, and overall the hotel was exactly as described. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. One recommendation: make sure you have Google Translate updated and ready, as it can definitely come in handy! Breakfast is technically separate from the hotel. My understanding is that although it is on a different part of the property, it is under the same ownership. Getting to it can be a little inconvenient, especially for anyone with a disability or difficulty climbing stairs, so that is something future travelers should be aware of. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, were treated very well, and I would still happily give this hotel five stars."

"La experiencia en esta villa fue muy favorable y positiva.Su concepto tipo étnico zen orgánico valió mucho la pena, para disfrutar una estancia familiar muy agradable y satisfactoria.Todo tenía incluido, y se veían los esfuerzos en los detalles, para convertir cada espacio en un lugar donde deseas estar y repetir.Mi madre y mi familia estuvieron muy cómodos.Y si le agregas la ubicación en esquina pegada al mar, aprecias por dos frentes el mar.Es la mejor villa que hemos utilizado en más de 30 años de rentar temporalmente las villas y condos de La Paloma Resort and Beach Rosarito. Gracias."

"We had an amazing stay at this villa! The location couldn't have been better—it's situated right in front of the pool, making it incredibly convenient to relax or take a quick swim whenever we wanted. The private beach access was a huge bonus, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere just steps away.The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Waking up each morning and being so close to both the pool and the beach made our vacation even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront escape!"

"The property was clean and with lots of kithcen ware to cook with. Also very spacious. Easy check in and host was very good at communicating with us and they even let us check in a little early. The only negative if you can call it that is that the beach with all the food and vendors is kind of far walk. But we made it work. Great place!"
