"Multiple bedrooms allowed everyone in our group of 16 to have their own room.Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and utinsels.Kids (young and old alike) enjoyed all the arcade games downstairs.Some of our group took the kayak out on the lake.All in all the home met our needs and allowed us to enjoy our time together without no house issues to distract from that."

"The house has an incredible view of the lake from the hot tub, porch, and throughout the kitchen and living area. The yard was large our dogs really enjoyed the space getting to run around the yard. My teenage daughters also really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board, and we even took a trip to the uninhabited islands on the other side of the lake from the house. Everything you could need is very close, but just be prepared to deal with traffic as Mooresville is growing and struggling to keep up with the infrastructure needed to support it. Overall we really enjoyed out stay here, the layout of the house feels very private, there are games for the kids to play (table tennis, shuffle board, cornhole), the dogs had a great time, and we even enjoyed smores at the firepit using firewood that was provided along with everything needed to make the smores. Would love to come back with friends, as the price is a little high for just a family of 4 with their dogs, but this stay was a last minute switch from another house that had their pool heater stop working 3 days before our trip, so they were very accommodating on short notice. "

"The pool was filthy. The net can only get what is on the top of the pool, of course. There were bugs all over the house. It had a foul smell majority of the time. The bed rooms get hot at night. The house was dirty overall. The pictures of the docks and chairs by the lake is not part of the property."

"Great host, everything you needed was right on the property. Made accommodations for my family and I before our stay and made sure that any requests made were to our satisfaction. Most vacation rentals have cheap bedding. Not this host. This place has the most comfortable beds that you’ll ever sleep in. You won’t find a hotel with beds that comfortable. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for entertaining guests and family. Enough room to dock your boat (park for boat landing close by). Kayaks and life jackets available for you and your guests. Beautiful wraparound patio with plenty of seating, tables, games, grill, and outdoor cooler. It’s your perfect home away from home."

"There is so much space for a family to enjoy everything from paddle boating or kayaking to the firepit to game nights indoors! The kitchen has every dish or utensil that you might need and well-organized. Check in and out are so simple-we will be return renters. "
