"Excellent for vegan travellers and vegetarians. Good labelling. Things cooked separate. Team very happy to help/cater. Al la carte restaurant had vegan menu, Lots of activities for adults/kids (sometimes 4-5 per hour!). Average spa but you can use sauna and steam room for free. Good gym. Poolside drink service (order on the app, drinks there in <5 minutes at most). Great beach bar/restaurant."

"Hotel in good condition, rooms clean and good amenities. Great location for both pool and beach lovers, always plenty of sun loungers available. Good evening entertainment and activities. Food selection was good for a week’s stay. Some local shops and only 30 min from Side old town if you want a trip out. Also water sport facilities, although a little expensive. Would recommend for families."

"FOUR AND A HALF STARS, but that not do-able. Very clean rooms and lovely staff. DOWNSIDES - the hotel is quite remote, on the side of a a major road with no pavement, so you can't easily walk out and go anywhere, and there are no excursions or shuttle buses. The beach, too, is quite isolated so you cannot walk very long along the (stony) shore. There wasn't any live evening entertainment apart from piano music in one of the bars. UPSIDES - there were quite a few members of staff who really added to our stay, just by being so genuinely warm. The hotel has lovely gardens - both the Zen Garden and the flora around the whole grounds. Our room was comfortable and the pool areas, eating areas, bars and reception were all very attractive and user friendly. We visited the coffee shop several times a day - great coffee, very nice staff. The food was largely very good, and varied. "

"We had a family suite in the new part of the hotel. The room was super clean with everything we needed for the stay. The view wasn't the best as it overlooked the front of the hotel and adjacent hotel and also the waste storage area. These bins were emptied early every morning with a big waste truck, which isn't the best wake up alarm you could hope for. But on the whole not much of a concern. The rest of the hotel was what you'd expect from an All Inclusive resort. Lots of food and drink on offer virtually all day long. Some of the areas were no longer opening due to time of year (pool, terrace bar etc in the new building). This didn't matter as there was plenty of space around the other pool and down at the beach. We are not big into the animation side of these resorts so didn't pay much attention to what was going on. Foam party looked fun and kids seemed to enjoy the mini disco but other than that didn't see much going on (but wasn't really looking for it). On the whole a good few days spent lounging around the pool drinking and eating too much."
