This hotel is located on a lovely spot on the canal. The view from our balcony was great. It is within 15 minute walk to the museum district. The big bathtub has been exactly so I’m talking ab was good after a long day on our feet. The staff was so helpful and the breakfasts were delicious! Do you have a form? It’s just a simpler way so it’s a form fill out next two minutes and we’ll do everything at your part so will inform you for everything so yes it’s it’s not a question. Will you get it because it’s already five hour delay you cannot land in less than three hour delay original time, unfortunately so thank you for sharing this. We’ll look at it. Really sweet and helpful staff, but this is an old building so no elevators and if you're on anything higher than the second floor you will be humping your bag up very narrow, steep and curved stairs. The room was cozy, what you would expect from an older European hotel. I would stay there again because it's very central to a lot of the historic area, which was convenient.

Lovely hotel, full of character and charm with the most friendliest and helpful of staff. Excellent location in the centre of the city close to the major sights and attractions. Good amenities in room and very quiet. Enjoyed delicious breakfast and evening meal in Jansz restaurant and found the Garden relaxing and the Pulitzer Bar very atmospheric and a lovely way to end the day, both of which are used by locals too. Very kind touch with card and treats given on the occasion of my birthday by the hotel. Have stayed here several times before and cannot wait to return.
