"Everything was simply perfect. From the beautiful pool-access room to the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the staff, every detail felt special. The hotel manager personally walked us to the dining room on our first visit, and Nikos from one of the hotel’s impressive restaurants was absolutely amazing. The spa is also fantastic and even offers hairdressing services. Simply wow. If you’re visiting Crete, don’t miss the chance to stay at OROS. An unforgettable experience!"

"The villa was fantastic. Great location with a short bus ride to Rethymno where there are plenty of great restaurants and things to see and do. It is a short walk to local amenities such as the supermarket and bakery, with everything you need on your doorstep. The villa itself was excellent. It was spacious for two families of four, cleaned regularly and very quiet so easy to relax. George and family were great hosts, keeping us updated and made the whole holiday smooth and easy."

"We had a room on the beach side so we didn't get much noise, but the hotel is on a busy street. It's right on the beach which is really nice. There's offsite parking and the bedding was comfortable Z kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Staff was helpful."

"The staff were very helpful, especially Julia and Monos. They were always ready to help and always smiling. I really enjoyef the stay there. Although it was not close to the beach, there was a bus stop near by which goes to the old town in 11 minutes approx. There were a few shops and pharmacy close by also."
Family Beachfront Villa w/Private Pool & Play Area

"Our large family really enjoyed Villa Katerina. It was very accommodating with lots of space for gathering as well as personal/quiet space. The views are as good as it gets, really from anywhere on the property. We spent a lot of time out back near the pool area but also did quite a bit of snorkeling and the beach/cove area was great for that. There were plenty of options within a few minutes walking distance for food and drink as well as views. It is right next to Mimi’s Taverna which had great food, views, but most of all, the staff was very welcoming and warm. Grocery options very close as well, 6-7 minute drive. Petro was very responsive and welcoming. He along with Katerina were kind and gracious hosts and we would absolutely come back again!"
