The pool is very nice for morning swimming. Towels are provided poolside..they were right out of the dryer so felt good. As our room wasn’t ready, the desk opened up a locked storage area where we could leave our luggage. Bring your slippers as the carpets need replaced. I paid extra to get an upgrade however desk was unable to provide so I was refunded the $39.00. As we were leaving, the desk called me out on my review of Check in. I had reviewed said room wasn’t ready yet . Then had to wait once we were in the room while housekeeping changed the bedding because there were long hairs on the pillows . Like right there , up front and hard to miss. Didn’t use hotub, A/C worked fine. Very central to my events I was attending and Uber come right to the front door. Inexpensive place to stay and the pool is good😍

Staff were rude. High tea experience was horrible. Rushed and rude. Restaurant took over an hour to even ask us if we wanted water. They apologized, but that was about it. Our meals were late and 2 items we wrong. No discount, nothing. Hotel used to be a class act, now it is akin to a Olive garden restaraunt and motel 6.
