"Was startled 2 nights in a row by fire alarms going off. I didn't rest well because of this. Good location though. It was a decent hotel, but I've gotten far better value for cost elsewhere. The A/C kept resetting to 68, after I set it higher several times. Woke up freezing a few times and the unit is really loud. I likely would not stay here again."

"Had everything I needed. It was clean and orderly when I arrived. I was as in the area attending a wedding for the weekend and this was the perfect place to get ready for all the festivities. Very close to downtown Traverse city but just far out enough to feel like you were in the quiet country. Very happy with my stay and would highly recommend for anyone trying to enjoy Traverse city and the surrounding areas."

"We enjoyed the property, it's proximity to all things local. It was also private, somewhat secluded, which was very nice. The owner does a great job of providing all necessities, and even goes above and beyond in some aspects. We did have a difficult time getting check-in instructions, not getting a response until already traveling the morning of our arrival. That was nerve wracking not knowing if we would have a place to stay. Overall, would still recommend."

"The home was the perfect size for my husband and me along with our two chocolate labs. The house was spotless when we arrived and there were so many “extra touches” most properties don’t have. From the fully stocked spice cabinet, plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue and kleenex (not the cheap stuff either) to the abundance of towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and many others! The hosts were responsive and check in was a breeze! The location was perfect for catching the M-22 up to Sleeping Bear Dunes on the motorcycle. We even had access to the garage to store the bike when we weren’t riding. The back yard area was nicely equipped with a fire pit and plenty offirewood, along with a gas grill and very lovely outdoor dining space with lights. The home is listed as pet friendly and we had no problem, but if you have a dog that doesn’t stay close by or is still training, you will want to use a leash as the yard is open. The front road, while not busy, was busy enough that it could be a problem for a dog (or human) that likes to dart away. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again."
