What truly made the difference was Norman. He was outstanding, very helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. It is rare to come across someone that attentive. He made our stay smooth and stress free, and because of him we would definitely come back. Highly recommend."

"The property was lovely. Staff was great. The resort wasn’t staffed very well. They were short and it made the restaurant in the bar, not be open for a lot of the time and things close down. It could be due to later in the season and it was a lot farther than we anticipated from the main area other than that, it was wonderful perhaps earlier in the season it would be a little bit better. We would go back if that were the case. "

"Carlos, Lucita, and Ayzer are wonderful and stay on property. Took very good care of us. Meals were delicious. Pool was clean and fabulous. Mother nature gaves us sargassum, but didn’t effect our massage at the Palapa on the end of the dock. House is excellent and golf carts were sufficient, but could use some TLC. It is a good distance from SP town and roads not great, but we expected that! We loved our stay here very much!"

"My stay at La Beliza Resort was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, making it easy to enjoy the sun without feeling crowded like we did at other places on the island. There was some sargassum along the beach, but it was everywhere across Ambergris Caye and thanks to the staff working to clean it up every day, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Our trip highlights were visiting Secret Beach and snorkeling at Hol Chan Marine Reserve and both are worth doing. The staff at the resort did a great job coordinating and organizing tours. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing place to stay."
