"This was a fantastic resort to stay at. The entire staff was helpful, accommodating and communicative. The restaurant and spa on site are incredible. I recommend the coffee scrub and chocolate body wrap. The excursions are fun and the staff are so helpful when it comes to making your visit special. Every morning you wake up there feels like a movie. If you’re going to Belize this is the absolute best place to stay."

"Stayed in Cabana 4 for a week in January, room was excellent, bed was firm and comfortable. "The property and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the distance from the town of San Pedro. Ten miles is a lot when the mode of transportation is a golf cart and the road is bumpy and dusty. However, if you’re looking to get away from the town and just have a relaxing trip, there is no place better than Sapphire Beach Resort."

"We loved our stay at the dock house. Isis made the very best meals. Henry and Isis were very attentive to our needs and didn’t stay distant but we became friends! We felt very safe. The sea had sargassum - thanks for your honesty in the dock house info about possibly having sargassum- so it was great to have the pool. Henry even got a private snorkeling guide out to the dock to pick us up and we never had to drive some where to a tour guide. Wow!! Thank you, Max, for being easy to contract and helpful in adjusting our stay time. Thanks again to everyone who made our stay amazing!"

"The staff at the hotel are outstanding, super helpful, and Norman in particular is a real all-star. The main issue is something pretty outside their control: the beach outside the hotel is covered with a giant mass of stinking seaweed. This plagues just about all places in the area, but everyone traveling there should be aware that this is an issue. But the staff are awesome. They cook us a lovely breakfast every morning and they show us beaches on other parts of the island. Well done Norman!"

"The overall home was amazing. The pictures are a little deceiving as far as the beach goes. A lot of the island has seaweed that makes it impossible to walk into the water from the beach. This was disappointing considering that was one of the things that drew us to this house was being able to walk right into the water from the house which was not possible. Doris and Lilly were truly the star of this home. Their meals were amazing and made this home worth staying. Having someone plan, cook, and clean up for 3 meals a day was absolutely amazing and helped us overlook the beach situation. Hill was also a wonderful tour guide, taxi driver, boat driver, etc. We enjoyed our excursions we did including snorkeling, swimming with sharks, petting stingrays, fishing and catching Lobsters (George and Mario catching lobsters). Lol. . Overall it was a wonderful trip for my husbands 60th birthday trip"

"We rented the entire resort. Iz and the entire staff was amazing. His bar, El Norte, was on the property and a lot of fun. The on-site chef is an amazing cook and brought the food to your villa or bar. The onsite excursion guide, David, was top notch. We were very pleased with his service and helpful information. I would recommend this resort if you want a very peaceful environment."

"the resort was beautiful. loved the pool the kitchen was very nice .very clean. Eiden was very nice and helpful...activity director Karen was awsome and very helpful . making sure all our activities were set up. due to mother nature the beach was not available but there were other beaches near by. karen booked us a tour to check out the Mayan ruins and cave tubing with lunch included. we had an awsome time.....Eddy and Mike {tour guides} were really cool and made sure everyone was comfortable and was having a great time ,they also were very knowledgeable"
