You can't beat the proximity to the beach! Having a washer and dryer was a real plus too. Few things they may want consider upgrading. The screen door for second floor space would not close properly, The queen size mattress was very uncomfortable and most imprtantly the outside stairs are dangerous especially corner of top .

Loved the balcony, rooftop seating area! All around great. BUT, we wanted to leave the newly washed linens and towels we bought, as well as 4 brand new beach chairs. The manager of the cleaning crew was obnoxious about it. So we followed instructions and threw it all in the garbage can. Weird if you ask me. File under “rules is rules” I guess. But then why does it take 4 young women to clean a thoroughly clean apartment?
