Oceanside 3 Bedroom, 1 Bath Duplex - A Short Walk to the Beach!
Oceanside 3 bedroom, 1 bath duplex easily maintained with tiled floors, & open floor plan. A very short block to the beach along with walking distance to shops, takeout, restaurants and a guarded bay beach with a playground. The (refundable) Security Deposit is $250.00 and a (non-refundable) damage insurance policy. Beach badges (4) are supplied as a courtesy by the Owners, & are not guaranteed. Small pet permitted with Owner’s approval & a $250.00 non-refundable Pet Fee. Homeowner is providing pillows and blankets for your use.
