The room was very clean Ias it is not cleaned daily I asked for towels to be dropped off and the garbages to be dumped. Those things were taken care of however there was no body wash in the shower and no extra toilet paper. Aside from that, we did enjoy our stay and we'll definitely be back.

This hotel has been redone beautifully. The rooftop area is a nice spot to watch a sunset. The pool area was also very nice. Our only complaints were that they ran out of towels and the cleaning staff had left our room door ajar all day. We asked for the room to be serviced the day before. We were never notified and came back after a day on the beach and were told they were out of towels. We stayed for a week. 4 people in one room. We had to dry our selves w a hand towel. This is unacceptable. Staff attempted to give excuses and reasons as to why there were no towels, but for the price you charge a basic necessity like a bath towel is inexcusable in my opinion. I asked for a manager to call me I wanted to speak to someone about this and the unlocked room. Nobody ever called.

the hotel is a renovation, and it has all the right elements for a great beach vacation on the beach side but can easily see the bay. Get to the downtown area in a few minutes. the rooms are up to date and uses the space in the room right down to the last inch. the air conditioning could use an upgrade and they might what to put a few more lights in the room, but overall it works for a family of 4. or a couple the pool is great for the end of day after the beach and the staff is extremely friendly

Very nice room, helpful staff, and great amenities. Loved sitting on the balcony or hanging around by the pool reading. Only played pool once but it was fun. Rooftop deck was also a nice feature. Would stay here again.

When I went to the establishment the building was closed for the season a employee met me with keys and explained they tried to get in touch with me through Expedia , which I did not see a message saying they were closed , only saying about road construction in front of the building The women said I could have the keys to the hotel and stay alone without any staff there , my daughter and I were not comfortable with the situation ,and explained to me she had another hotel down the road that people were staying at so I opted to go there once we arrived she explained to me that the staff leaves at 9:00 again due to this hotel not being open yet with the off season .so my daughter and I proceeded out to look for a hotel open for the season as we were not comfortable We found hotel LBI which is the same owners as the Boulevard and the spray . The employees at Hotel LBI were amazing and explained to us those hotels are not open yet as those other hotels were Hotel LBI's sister hotels ( they own those properties too ) the women I dealt with at the boulevard never once told me they were affiliated with Hotel LBI I returned back to the spray hotel and got our bags and explained to the man behind the counter we were very uncomfortable staying there overnight without any employees nor security cameras She told me I would get her a refund if I chose to not stay , very disappointed Now o have to fight with my cc to try and get this charge off

Room service is by request only (and only before 11am) I wish there was an option for just having someone come in and make the bed at least. There’s no water bottles to purchase in room, water stations, etc. on the property. Water bottles are $5+ each. No mini bar or mini bar options on site. The location is fantastic, we were kindly upgraded to a beach view. Just a few things can be done to improve the experience.
