The spacious open concept floor plan includes a living room, dining area, half bath and well appointed kitchen with plenty of room to gather. Sliders open to a covered porch with outdoor dining and gas grill. A master bedroom conveniently located on the first floor has a private bath and walk in shower. The second floor has 3 guest bedrooms, full bath, den with mini kitchen/wet bar, game table and reading nook. From the den, access the generous roof deck furnished with Adirondack chairs, side tables, umbrella and solar lighting. This home is located on a double lot with a fenced wooded yard and play area, 1 block to the beach or the bay. Pillows and blankets provided. 6 beach badges and 2 senior beach badges provided but not guaranteed.
