- *Ocean Block 4 Bed / 2 Bath Home* - Cozy, Pleasant, and very Clean Cape Cod.
Home is a legal duplex with exterior stairs.
One Block from an amazing Beach Haven Terrace Beach, as well as one block to great restaurants, bars, and Wawa. So Close to the beach but also downtown.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio, or step outside and go for a lovely jog down Beach Avenue!
Other fine amenities include a freshly landscaped patio area, a private deck overlooking Beach Avenue, a fully fenced in yard, new bathrooms, an outdoor shower, Weber gas grill, a Washer and Dryer on site, new 2-zone HVAC system, and Free upgraded Wi-Fi.
(4) Beach chairs on site with (4) Long Beach Township beach badges included.
Check in - 3pm; Check out - 11am.
