pros: location & cleanliness! AC worked well.cons: no linens or towels (I know it’s an “LBI thing” but still bizarre) or toiletries. no real beach gear to use. depending on when you arrive found parking to be difficult

Last Minute Gem

As a soon to be single parent with two children 18 this apartment was the perfect place for us to stay and create memories before they leave for college. It had new and updated renovations, it was clean and felt cozy. The location was PERFECT - easy to get to the beach, short walk to beautiful views of the 4th of July fireworks, short distance to shops, restaurants, ice cream, rides and bars to mingle and meet up with people. Although I may look for something larger in the future so we can entertain more guests, we were able to have friends/family visit each day. Check in and check out was super easy, my daughter was able to bring her puppy for the day and the landlord was super sweet and easy to communicate with! I wish we could have stayed here longer

Fabulous Little House

My family has been coming to LBI for years and wanted a little more space than the hotels we are used. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and the back deck was the perfect morning coffee spot. Can’t beat the location as we can walk to everything.

Long weekend off season

The property looks as listed, great location, close to beautiful beach and walkable to market, restaurants, etc. apartment is a bit small for more than 2 people, we had two young grandchildren with us for part of the time, not great for young children as sleeping area had open staircase. Great for two people! Very comfortable, nice for dogs with park right across street. Enjoyed out stay!

Graduation get-a-way

Pre-season beach trip, no rain but windy. We enjoyed the area and did some hiking on beach and in the neighborhood. Not many businesses open just yet but did notice that people were making preparations for the upcoming season. Home is in nice location and in walking distance from the main town and businesses.

Mother’s Day Stay for My Wife and Mother-in-law

I purchased a short two night stay at this apartment style Victorian for my wife and her mom as a Mother’s Day gift for them. They enjoyed being close to the beach and had no complaints. Maria was easy to communicate with and answered my calls and messages promptly and respectfully. She was a kind and generous host.

Very cozy and comfortable stay

The location of the property was perfect - walking distance to everything/everywhere needed! My friend and I were on the island for a high school reunion and we turned it into a quick weekend getaway. The house was very pretty and the apartment itself was cozy and so adorable - yet very spacious inside and outside!!! We were able to spend quality "catching up" girl time without the busyness of a hotel and the apartment provided everything we needed to get ready for our night-out in a comfortable atmosphere and to cook our own breakfast in the morning. We would love to return in the future for another weekend getaway - we will definitely stay at this property again. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely place.

Beach Heaven

We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was very responsive and always available. The unit was clean and all amenities were equally as nice. Our only issue was that this unit is described as having two bedrooms. It is one bedroom and a pass through room that is labeled a second bedroom. It doesn’t even have a closet. This unit is ideal for one or two people and perhaps a family with little children so that the pass thru room makes sense. Regardless, the location was ideal of this property and all else was perfect.

Great location!

Cozy property in a great location about one short from the beach, and very close to restaurants, ice cream and mini golf. Everything was within walking distance from the space. There is an eat in kitchen perfect for 4 people and also a private deck off of the kitchen. There is also ample space in a common yard for grilling and more tables out in that space. Maria was great to communicate with - very quick response to all emails sent. We booked at the 'last minute' for a short get away and she quickly accepted the booking as well as quickly responded to all communication. Kitchen is a great size to make any type of meal if you prefer to cook at home. Cozy space for a family of 4.

Disappointing

The house is teeny tiny. The photos are deceptive. The bedrooms are upstairs but the only bathroom is down a windy steep staircase. The shower is so small I could barely manage and I am not a big person. The master bedroom is so small that you can barely get to the other side of the bed and can hardly even fit 2 people in the room, has a low ceiling too. Bed is not very comfortable. The ‘den’ is narrow and tiny. They say it has cable but in reality it only has basic network channels maybe 4 of them. Even still, the room is so narrow that the couch can’t even face the tv. Very uncomfortable. The Keurig didn’t work and the house had a musty smell. We ended up leaving a day earlier than planned because we were so unhappy.

No linens or towels

We received an email late on the evening before we were to check in to our VRBO property. The email was lengthy an gave us check in information. But in the last paragraph of the email there was a sentence reminding us to bring towels and linens.. .. We were asleep when the email came to my inbox. We departed for New Jersey at 4:30 in the morning. I did not open the email until we arrived in Beach Haven NJ. We discovered there were no towels and sheets on the beds. We spent a good 2 hours on the phone and the internet trying to contact the property manager or owner .. finally the owner called us back .. we were directed on where to find clean sheets anf towels in other apartments on this property.. home .. All turned out fine .. we just were upset . We felt misled. No where on the listing of this property was the need to bring your own linens or towels disclosed. The email late at night was an insult as we had a 12 hour drive from Indiana. We had come to the Long Beach Island for a wedding on Saturday. We loved the area. Sad we had such a stressful start to our visit.

Terrific!

Communication with host was stellar. Check in was easy, check out a breeze. Hosts allowed us to bring our dog, and with a fenced in yard, this was AMAZING. Plenty of space! Note: there are 2 upstairs bedrooms and they are divided by a door which closes, making them 2 true rooms. However, there isn’t a hallway between them, so folks from one bedroom have to walk through the second bedroom to get to the other parts of the house, including the bathroom. Bathroom is downstairs on the main level.Clean, beautiful space, A/C, incredible location, amazing hosts. Thank you!!

Great Getaway Location

This property was perfect for our girls holiday. Spent 3 nights here with my adult daughters and had plenty of room. We were able to enjoy breakfast on the deck, walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Owners were available and accommodating. Unit was clean and kitchen was equipped with all we needed. We will be back!

Nice place to stay - close to the beach

Cute place to stay and close to the beach. Great for small family. Upstairs is a railroad setup to get from one bedroom to the other. Overall nice place and super convenient location to Seashell Resort where went to a wedding

Cute and convienent place to stay.

Awesome place with a great location. We were attending a beach wedding and literally had a 2 minute walk to the venue so location was perfect for us. The unit was clean and in excellent condition. You have a deck in unit 3 to enjoy and a wide open courtyard. Owners are super nice and live onsite if you need help with anything.
