Staff was great! Locks on doors were a problem. I hated asking for help with them so many times. I needed a low price place that was quiet enough for my very rural dog. It worked okay. My dog really didn't like Denver this year, LaCrosse was perfect and better than Ellis for him.

We ended up sleeping downstairs on the reclining sofa because neither of us felt like going down the stairs at night would be safe (we are in our late 60s).
