Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
A/C unit was not working properly. Technician had to be sent twice (suspecting they were not really sent the first time). Queen bed was a lot closer to a full.

East Village Hotel
Enjoyed the contactless check-in/check-out process, made it very easy to make changes. The room I booked did not appear to be the one I received, but the check-in instructions indicated that that was a possibility. Room was extremely neat and tidy. Great location in East Village.
