The staff was very friendly and helpful and when we got stuck on ministers Island for making a mistake with the tide, the front desk was super helpful in trying to find a boat to come and get us. Nobody made up room, came and got garbage or change of towels - I did it. To make things worse the pool was closed and this was one of the reasons I booked Hotel - never received any notification about this - VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!
