Overcharged, 2) Hampton desk very confused on second room and could not transfer name or charge. 3) Room low water flow at lavatory, shower curtain did not contain shower. No overhead light in living area. 4). Cheap bed, sore back. 5) Don’t be sorry, just fix it."

"Megan at the front desk was friendly and professional. View of the water and fishing pier access is great. Our room was nice, but unfortunately the floor was filthy. We brought it to their attention and they said they would address it with the cleaning staff. A/C unit needed repair as it was very loud. Breakfast was great. The Rockport area has a market that was cool."
