"We stayed here for 7 nights and if we ever return to England from NZ we would certainly stay here again. Potts Cottage has everything one requires. It is beautifully appointed and even has a washing machine/dryer. Christina was very helpful and quick to come and help when we asked about the heating for example. We highly recommend this as a great place to stay."

We first had to change our reservation due to the train strike and Joey took care of that, next we wanted twin instead of double beds and Emily took care of that. Everytime we asked for help they were able to do something. The hotel is very conveniently located in the high street, clean and welcoming. Food in the bar is excellent."
