We booked the cheapest double but paid £30 to upgrade on check in. The hotel is huge and it was much more grand than I was expecting. Fantastic stay. Excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean and spacious. Added bonus of being able to access the lounge area on the 5th floor. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
