A quiet and private experience.
The rental was very clean and well-equipped. Not lavish, but nicely appointed. Location was easy to locate, very quiet and very private. Mattress was comfortable. Wifi worked well. We would definitely stay here again. This Vrbo represents excellent value for the money!!

Great spot with easy access to fun
Super clean and cute. Close to Mill St for restaurants. About 30 minutes to downtown Durango & 45 to Pagosa. Perfect spot to be central for mountain biking, jeeping and hiking. Also, great bike/hike trails in nearby sauls creek.

Cute Bayfield Carriage House
Nice little property in Bayfield CO. It was bigger than the pictures made it seem. It was everything our family of 4 needed for a quick weekend stay. Henry the dog was very friendly.

Great little spot in Bayfield.
This rental has everything you need for a short stay or a prolonged visit. Upon arrival the property was clean and tidy inside and out and all amenities were in proper order. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Gran & Grampy out and about
This property was excellent, well kept, and just right for the two of us. Wasn't that far away from Durango and many attractions in SW and central Colorado. Communications were top notch. The apartment was adjacent to their home but there were away but the cleaning lady was helpful and attentive to our needs. Even Henry the family dog was great.

Property was great overall. Only negative was when returning to property after dark it is very dark making your way through the gate around the RV and to the door without a light. It looks like there is a motion light there but it was not working. My wife would have liked there to be an iron available also. The dog Henry (I think that was his name) was great. Overall very good!

Great ADU in Bayfield
Great and comfortable ADU. Good location - only 1/2 hr from downtown Durango and sweet little neighborhood for walking. Parking spot in driveway, hosts easy to communicate with, AC and heater both great, VERY quiet here, unit looked brand new and modern, full kitchen with appliances that all worked well, good water pressure in clean shower, yummy nice towels, W/D so convenient, hardly saw hosts at all but they are lovely, bed very comfy with very soft sheets, screen door needed repair and they made it happen within the first 15min of my arrival. Pretty green backyard out kitchen window, but main window slider in sitting area looks at their RV, vehicles and concrete driveway so that is what you are looking at if working from living room as I was. What a lovely little stay with everything you need!

Ben has a wonderful place in Bayfield! Located in a great spot, warm and easily accessible. We loved it. We would definitely stay again or recommend it to a friend. Keep an eye out for their dog Henry, you will definitely want to meet this sweet boy!

Well holding an event in Bayfield it was very important that our officials for this event stayed local as well we wanted to support the local community of Bayfield. The cleanliness professionalism and Easter book made not only Bayfield look fantastic but our organization as well I was very happy that I chose to put our officials in a VRBO as opposed to a hotel

We enjoyed our stay here, neighborhood was very quiet and safe. It was convenient to all the things we needed to do there. We finally got to meet Henry, super sweet dog! The house was everything that was advertised!

This property is well-equipped extremely clean, conveniently located between Durango - Pagosa Springs and very close access to the San Juan national Forest. It is a detached home in the backyard and included everything you would need for a home away from home. The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and responded quickly.
