Terrible hotel

We were placed in a very dirty room. None of what was stated happened. There were no towels, robes, slippers, toothbrushes, or toilet paper. Nothing. I booked a room with a balcony because I smoke. The door to the balcony in the room is broken and cannot be opened. There is no glass on the balcony, ...

spacious, but lacking

one night stay, glad it wasn't any longer. Staff were friendly but the room and furniture is very dated, chair covers were threadbarren, and cleanliness was not great. And there was no shower!!! A really big soaking pit for the thermal bath experience(?) but no shower.
