"Courtesy was the best, from every single staff member I encountered. There were some little bits of the room that were not impeccably clean but I am pretty happy with the room. I think it is great to be able to go between the two areas of the resort as I was traveling alone. My big issue was with Expedia and Hyatt Corp levels as there is a lot of confusion with the name of the resorts that are literally on the same beach. My friend sent me a link for Dreams via Expedia and I was only able to book Dreams resort, however. My friends who I was meeting on the trip were actually at Dreams Dominicus. It caused a lot of stress for both parties to coordinate meeting up without getting a big hassle at the gates and front lobby areas. Not only that, we had to pay additional fees to meet at the other resort instead of the hotels helping us get together or even change our hotel to the other since they’re both owned by Hyatt it was a bit of a pain and extra expenses that none of us planned on. My suggestion is to change the name or when booking through third parties like Expedia make it more clear somehow. "
