- The house is a duplex with two mirrored separate units. Each unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a laundry room. The kitchen is dotted with all means for preparing a meal or for storing the food. There are TVs providing satelite cable channels, located in the living room and in master bedrooms. The back patio of the two units is a fully screened-in common area, divided by a wall, for privacy. Also, the back yard is a common area of the two units, and it is fully fenced. The whole house is surrounded by trees in a quiet neighborhood.
