Beach cottage

We had so much fun at this cute little cottage! Our trip included my sister and her daughter along with myself and my daughter. The house was spacious, clean and updated. Biggest perks is that it is within steps of the beach but also in walking distance of cute shops, churches and yummy dining. Definitely would recommend!!

Great location and house

Deidra was awesome. Place was awesome. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and living space was cozy and easy to settle in as soon as we got there. Downtown area is walking distance to eat and just hang out and vacation. Definitely would recommend on all levels and Deidra was very accomodating. Thanks for everything!

Perfect for a Quick Getaway

This home was perfect! It was clean, the yard was well maintained, the kitchen was fully functional and stocked, the beds were comfortable, and it’s close to downtown and a fishing pier. It’s obvious the owner takes pride in the home- updated furniture, and it’s beautifully decorated. We are already planning our next stay.

Great location and house

My wife and I agreed, this was probably one of the best VRBO's that we have ever stayed in. Most rentals over sell and under deliver, this house was spot on. It was clean, roomy, and just as close to the beach as described. We stayed here with our 2 sons, (4&6) and everyone loved the house. The furniture and beds were comfortable (king mattress not included, it needs to be repalce). The appliances were very nice, way more than you expect for a rental. We fully intend to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful!

Loved everything about this place…. Great neighborhood, close to the beach and convenient to all of the restaurants. Few things I would recommend is that they have a nicer place to sit outside other than the front porch. The outdoor furniture is old and worn down and is basically in the driveway. Maybe build a deck or something. Also some cosmetic repairs are needed from apparent water damage inside. It would just look alot nicer if those simple things were done. Other than that, probably one of my favorite VRBO’s.

Beautiful place, needs some maintenance.

Great place, great view! Very clean. Needs some maintenance. Had major leak in living room and came through ceiling vent in dining area. Noticed there had been leak in the past by discoloration. Owner notified and was surprised by our problems and we reimbursed part of our stay. Outside furniture in sitting area is unuseable due to mold and mildew smell.

Pirates Weekend

This property is super nice. We loved the layout of the house. We walked to the beach each day, with all our gear with no problems. The property is close to all the hot spots, easy enough to walk to or drive. We will be back. Thanks!
