The Space on Necaise is a moderately sized house with large windows allowing ample natural light to shine through. A space with a layout for rest, entertaining or work. Styled and furnished practically without being dull it displays a rotating collection of work by various local artists.

An open space allowing guests to easily flow into the room that suits them best. 2 bedrooms each with its own closet and Roku equipped TVs, 2 full private baths, a formal dining area, a kitchen island with a breakfast bar and a laundry room.

Take a step into the screened in porch and experience the amateur jungle that awaits you. Or take a step further and be one with the wispy flora and not so present fauna in the backyard.

This property was absolutely fantastic! The home was super clean, inviting, newly updated and just so charming as it was decorated with thriving plants and beautiful artwork. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. It is a real gem!

This house is in a perfect location! It’s perfect for two couples. Extremely clean and all newly remodeled. Beds are super comfy. Excellent communication with host also!

Great location, very clean, walkable to downtown!

We loved our stay! We could walk to Barracuda, Ms Mary’s (best snoballs) and Mockinbird cafe as well as all the downtown shops.The house was impeccably clean and beautiful! Check in and out was so easy. Literally the only negative feedback is that the HVAC worked extremely well everywhere but the master suite where it was about 10 degrees warmer but we plugged a fan in the kitchen and let it blow into the master. I would 10/10 recommend and plan to stay here again next time we visit family!

Summer Trip

House is the perfect size for a couple or small family. It was very clean. The decor was perfect. Bathrooms were very nice. Bedrooms had TVs, none in the den, but that was fine with us. Parking was ample for our SUV. Quiet location close to restaurants and shopping in BSL. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the kitchen. We mostly ate out this trip but enjoyed eating at the bar and looking out the beautiful windows. If any change, I would recommend a taller bed with comfortable mattress in master but not a deal breaker. We will certainly be back! Communication with the owner was one of the best!

Excellent & relaxing

My husband & I wanted a long weekend in the Bay and found this fantastic house! As soon as we walked in the door we felt right at home. The kitchen was perfect, both bathrooms perfect with plenty of room, and the master bed was really comfortable. We fell in love with this house and will definitely be coming back!!!
