Great Stay

Great Place
Was a great stay we mostly relaxed did a little fishing behind the house (mostly catfish and bluegill) but you can get some crabs, bass, even caught a few mullet. If you want nightlife just run down to the bridge over the bay and you will find plenty. Shopping is close by as well.

We had a great stay, the property was as described there was only one TV but there were only 2 of us. Wish we had some fishing pole to relax on the dock If was quiet and private and very relaxing. Would recommend.

Perfect last minute getaway
Renting the property went easy and so did check in kids loved it everything was pretty close Starbucks and shopping would have like for the boat launch to be a little closer but overall great stay.

Nice location for a vacation.
Property is right at the water,even though we didn't fish it we saw some. The Property is very nice and the Property managers were great answering any question we had in a timely manner. I highly recommend.

Relaxing vacation
We had a great time. The property was clean and comfortable. It could use a deep clean and some maintenance but it worked great for us. We were requested to text when we arrived and left but no replies back. We found that kind of odd. The washer and dryer was a surprise bonus and much appreciated. The area was great and we were close to lots of stuff. Deck and fishing deck was great. We did not catch anything there but it was beautiful and peaceful.

Colder than expected.
Caught this rental during a cold snap. Would like to have enjoyed porch and gazebo outside more. Also an excellent restaurant close by was temporarily closed. But still an interesting area. Owners were excellent and surpassed expectations.

It was a nice place
The owner waited till we left and said I cleaned fish in the house and got stains on her 2 Year old sofa. She scam me and kept my deposit. I do not recommend anyone stay at Fish On. You will get scammed.

As always, we want all guests to have great experiences and return as often as possible. In over ten years of sharing our vacation homes, we’ve only found it necessary to retain a security deposit on two occasions. In both instances we provided the guests with photos to document the damages.

We only stayed one night but it was a great night. Plenty of sleep areas, comfortable, clean and lovely area! The ONLY downfall was the dishes weren't real clean but we washed what we needed and then loaded them into the dishwasher after we had eaten. But seriously, we loved it! Thank you!

Extended stay
I recently rented this property for a 3 month extended stay time while working down on the coast. It was such a lovely place and made me feel like I had a home away from home. The owners were so nice and quick to help me with anything or any issues that popped up! Overall I loved my time renting this property and have nothing but positive things to say!

Fishing trip
We stayed for two nights just to go fishing. The dock area is really nice and fit our boat well. The house is small but very cute. The sheets and towels were nice and the beds were more comfortable than other places we’ve stayed. We would definitely stay here again.

Needs a lot of work
First, it’s in Waveland, has a Bay St. Louis address. House needs cleaning outside. Appliances needs updating along with the bathroom. Blinds need replacing. Internet did NOT work. Will not come back. Loved the small town but not THIS RENTAL

The home is located in Bay St. Louis but North of town near the Bayou LaCroix. The refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher are all less than one year old. The range/oven is a little older but all appliances work perfectly. We do allow pets and have had some damage recently to two of the blinds prior to this guests stay. This guest did not mention an internet outage but I reported the issue to ATT. Apparently there was a damaged wire at a junction. The internet is working properly now. My goal is always to meet each guests expectations and provide the best experience at a great value.

we had a great time and this was perfect for our socially isolated vacation. This was a great price for the amount of space and being on the canal. It was exactly as advertised- not luxury but just what we needed. The beds weren't the most comfortable we've been in, the shower curtain was stained from the dark water here and there were no paper towels. But the place was clean; there was plenty of space for the girls to hang out separated from the guys watching tv and the dogs loved the big yard. We cooked every meal there due to COVID-19 making us not want to interact with anyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and when we ran out of trash bags, the owner brought some over in an instant. If you think you'll have left overs, just be sure to bring some ziplocks or Tupperware. Highly recommend this property for an affordable place to hang out and enjoy time together with beautiful sunsets.

Our family vacation
The house was close to everything. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. We checked in on a Monday and left on Friday. Very peaceful, great fishing. Cooked on the grill out on the deck. Equipped with washer and dryer so I did not have to pack dirty clothes home was a huge plus! The older folks visited the old town and shops and the younger crew went across the bay to Biloxi to hang out and explore. We definitely enjoyed ourselves. We only had 1 issue, woke up to no hot water, text Kevin and he was there within minutes and fixed the problem. Overall we plan to be back because we visit the area often because 1 of our sons lives in Long Beach and this house was put on our list to visit again!

We had a great stay. Enjoyed Old Town and fishing from the pier. The accommodations were good. We were very comfortable and close to everything! We did run out of toilet paper and there were not any paper towels or detergent. These are just little things. The neighbors were friendly and told us about things to do and baited the fish for us so the fish came right in!

The property was perfect for our 4 night visit with friends - there was ample room for our visitors and we were very comfortable the entire time. Our only issue is the dining room chairs. One appears to have been previously repaired but it did not hold. Even my 5 year old was too heavy to sit in it. We arrived at high tide on a rainy day so the water on dock is a real thing but normal for the community. I grew up here and knew it would go down quick. It did not stop us from enjoying everything offered on the property

Overall, was a great place to stay. Kitchen is good size, but could be better equipped. Loved the outside deck. Spent a lot of time out there. Also on the fishing/boat dock. Caught a lot of fish, so had a lot of fun. Neighbors were nice. Bedrooms are REALLY small, but comfortable.

Fall Break get away
Really enjoyed our stay here. The house is well kept, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with beach decor. Everything we needed in the kitchen for the amount of cooking we did. Loved the deck overlooking the canal for afternoon relaxation. The only negative was the double beds in each bedroom, since we are used to larger beds. But the sheets and comforters are new, clean, and wonderfully comfortable, so sleeping was not a real problem. I would love to come back here again, and highly recommend it to anyone else.

The inside handle on the sliding glass door was broken when we arrived Wednesday. Also the rungs on the chairs are coming apart. We could not find more paper towels.
