Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

Room was a great size. Spotlessly clean. All the staff were wonderful. Really helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooftop bar and pool were a lovely break from the chaos of Hanoi!
