"We arrived at the hotel at 11 o’clock at night! Was greeted by a nice young man that showed us to our room! The room smelled of tobacco and other smells like burnt oil in the kitchen. We were in the room for two minutes and had to return to the desk and ask for a refund and leave the hotel. I booked through hotel.com, and they are working now to refund my prepaid money! The hotel looked nothing like the photos so our recommendation to hotel.com was to update their site. Do not use this hotel. Unless cleanliness, environment, freshness, and smells, do not matter to you! Definitely thumbs down!!"

"They don’t clean your room each day unless you ask them to. We had to go get clean towels every day. They need to get more help at breakfast, the lady was running herself ragged. It might be nice to have bagels with the breakfast food. Loud groups of people who were falling into our door and yelling at 1:00 am."
