Sargent Pearl - Updated Cottage on Caney Creek

This beautifully updated home on Caney Creek is surrounded by gorgeous mature oak trees and just minutes to Sargent Beach and Matagorda Bay. You'll love sitting on the deck, overlooking the water or fishing from the pier. Inside, you'll enjoy the nicely decorated and comfortable interior. The home is even ADA accessible!

There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, as well as 2 full size futons in the living room.

The home has central a/c and heat, wifi, smart TV, along with a Kuerig coffee maker for guests to use. Outside, there is a fabulous deck with gorgeous creek views, a propane grill and outdoor seating. There is a large backyard and nice fishing pier with seating too!

The house was very clean. I truly appreciated that. Nice quiet, clean neighborhood. Relaxing getaway for me. The only issue was it was about an hour from Galveston.

Nice property located on Caney Creek. Newly updated inside. Good dock for fishing or tying up for boating. Quiet location yet convenient to stores and restaurants. Well maintained and clean. Highly recommended.
