Newly remodeled 3 bedroom Bay City home on a quiet dead end road. 1 mile from the Bay City State Recreation Area and the Saginaw Bay, 5 miles to Downtown Bay City: the Saginaw River and the many events and concerts, and 8 miles to Linwood and the Walleye Capital of Michigan. 3 bedrooms can sleep up to 9 people. Spacious driveway that can accommodate boat parking. Partially fenced in backyard with a patio table and chairs for 4.

The property was a nice home. It was clean, it was convenient. I knew it was pet friendly before I arrived, though I had no pet. This led to the only slightly negative experience, which was that the couch and the towels had a distinct pet smell. Not a big problem if I had brought my own towel. Oh well, I’ll know next time I go. It was a very nice place outside of that little issue. The kitchen was very helpful. The communication was great. In the end it was basically met all the criteria we needed.
