The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We arrived very late and got checked in fine. When we took showers, the drain was so slow you ended up with ankle deep water. Since it didn't drain properly, it left the tub very slick. When we turned on the tv, the cable box did not work. My husband went to see what could be done and we were told no one coule look at it until Monday. This was Saturday. We were told we would get 15% off our bill for the inconvenience, however at checkout, we were told since we booked through a 3rd party site, it would apply to our next stay. The internet went out Saturday night and we were again told that nothing could be done until Monday, which was when we checked out. At no time were we able to speak to a manager or even see one. The breakfast was mediocre. Eggs were good on Sunday, but for some reason they added hashbrowns to them on Monday. The sausage was dry and overdone all 3 days. We just purchased a home in Bay City so we will not be able to use the discount at that location unless family comes to visit and wants to stay at a hotel. Very disappointed with our stay overall.
