Wait till construction finishes!
Trip was for business and all was ok. Hotel is under construction. Room was unfinished and had no hot water and shower stall leaked out onto floor. Also, I had reserved the room under my Hotels.com credit card but they made me pay for the room there. I believe hotel will be good once remodeling is finished.

Billed twice for the same stay.
I made my reservation using Hotels.com and it was pre-paid. However, the hotel also billed me separately for the stay on the same AMEX credit card. When I reported it to the hotel the owner, someone who goes by the name Tiger, said he had a problem with Hotels.com and was trying to work it out. He said Hotels.com is "difficult to work with." So while he sorts out whatever that problem is I guess his solution is that I pay twice for the same stay. Not so good from the customer's standpoint.
I use Hotels.com often and always find it to be quick and efficient. Hotels.com might want to consider removing Happy Bay from their listings if this becomes a recurring problem.
