The stay and breakfast was good. The only thing was that we didn't have hand soap and I had to go down stairs for the blankets to uae with the sofa bed. Other than that, it was good.

Perfect hotel choice.

Super clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is located in less traffic-ey part of city, making things quieter and actually easier to get to locations in the area. Would certainly stay there again for my next area visit.

The stay was great but I do think best western can really give this facility a face Lyft. It’s clean and nice but towels in the pool area and even she shower room aren’t available and just the little fixtures. Other than that great stay and friendliest people!

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the room was temperature controlled at 73 degrees. I would have preferred the ability to lower it a couple of degrees cooler, but it was still comfortable.

Repairs

It was a very quick stay but the hotel was nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Could tell they were undergoing some repairs/maintenance (definitely needed). Could tell several repairs had been done in room, however not very well. Pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. TV stations were few and Tv had a blue tint. Overall room was clean and comfortable for the short stay.

Over all the stay was ok for one night. We were barely at the hotel but the fridge in the room didn’t work and hadn’t been cleaned. It seemed it was leaking as there was water stains on the floor and water by the bathroom door from the leak. It also has an awful smell. We didn’t report it because we weren’t going to use it. The bed wasn’t made that well and it looked like there has been cosmetic repairs all over the hotel that weren’t done that well . The front desk employees were nice and helpful. Also the trash was full outside and the grass needed to be mowed. We chose this hotel because it was the cheapest with a breakfast and for one night it wasn’t that bad for the price

The hotel itself was nice ,the day tuke lady I checked in with was nice. The elevator was broke so we had to haul everything up stairs which was tiring . The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way is I was sitting outside with my mother while she smoked a cigarette on a curb in the back parking area far Way from any doors and there was 2 guys sanding prob 100 ft away smoking weed. But when we walk up to go back in shesaid dont be smoking weed in my parking lot rude as can be I told hermaam I was escorting my mom down the stairs to come snoke a cigarette not weed maybe your judging the wrong people she shook her head and said hmmhhmmm well I wasn't gonna call out the people who were so they can see me do it then do something so overall exap.was ok.but watch or know ppl before u excuse them weediparking lot.real rude I told heraam I was out here with my mother t
