"Booking was difficult. Wound up having to use a booking site- Expedia instead of the Hotel directly. This was an expensive per night room charge for the time frame and duration we were there. I was given information directly from the Hotel, that the hotel provided shuttle service from the Airport. It turns out they do not - We had to retreive a taxi. I contacted the Hotel directly to inquire about amenities and was told that the Hotel does not offer any amenities. Turns out that is partially true- There was no pool, no hot Tub. We did not find the work out room, does have Coffee Shop and Bar. We had to ask special for a microwave - The room did have a mini fridge. They provided bottled water and instant coffee which was actually very nice.
The room was nicely decorated with bright colors and the view was great.
The heat did not work in the room for our stay - Staff was helpful in providing more blankets and directed us to use a space heater.
The Housekeepers were kind and did a very nice job.
At checked out I asked for a reciept. I was told that I would get a reciept emailed to me. I did not get that reciept. I was charged $69.60 after check out. I contacted the Hilton directly. Hilton indicated it was a destination charge - This was not disclosed to me at booking nor at check in or check out and was not expected. I contacted Hilton and they are pointing the finger back to Expedia and indicating that Expedia needs to provide me with my reciept for the total stay."
"For two days the elevator did not operate. I am 84 yoa and that meant climbing four floors. My room was on the fourth floor. I was simply told "the stairs are to the right of the elevator."
The Breakfast was good, when available. It was not always available.
Thank you for requesting my evaluation.

"The thermostat in the room was useless. There was no switch to choose between heating and air conditioning, and it made no difference in room temperature whether the thermostat was at 65 or literally 80 degrees."
