Golden Walleye Getaway. Close to local attractions & lots of off street parking
8/10 Good
"The cabin smelled of fresh cedar and overall was very clean. The oven had not been cleaned though. All the beds are single which is not great for a married couple. It is a great set- up for a bunch of friends going on a fishing trip. There aren't any closets to hang up clothes, but no big deal for just a few days. There is definitely plenty of room for parking. It would be nice if there was an awning over the picnic table to provide some shade. Or the back right corner of the parking area would be a great place for outside eating as it is shaded with trees. Most everything needed to prepare meals is available or you can walk the couple of blocks to the resorts on the river. It would be nice if there was a washer and dryer for those who are staying for longer periods of time. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would rent this get away again."
"Very spacious place with everything that we needed. Very quiet area right on the water. Our boys had a blast fishing off the dock and even caught a 21.5 in walleye on their own there. Hosts were excellent with communication and answering any questions. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!"
