Overall, it was pretty good experience. Very good breakfast, friendly staff, super great location. There are a few things to be improved. Like room cleaning. They forget to leave full set for bathroom towels for each person and do not replace a toilet paper. Also, Batumi is known for its mosquitoes. Hotel can consider using plugin mosquito protectors.

Very disappointed, I went there second time, because last year I liked it. This year was horrible. Balcony and bathroom's door doesn’t close properly. lot's of mold in the bathroom and smell was horrible in the room, because carpet was old and has lots of stains. The TV was not showing any channels. They increased prices a lot, but quality generally worsening. Staff were very friendly and very polite.

This is an awesome hotel. They speak English & are so helpful! Breakfast was amazing, so much selection & tasty. It was so clean & modern. Can't beat the views.

Fair enough

Definitely not a 5 star establishment but fair enough! Standard room with balcony was nice and the room was quite big! The breakfast are really nice with lots of choices. Nice pool area but they are hopeless on the music (too loud and to techno)

Definitely NOT 5 star!! Avoid!

Bed is very uncomfortable, duvets and pillows are synthetic, and the sheets are very rough. A/C sounds like a tractor. Slippers are basically two thin pieces of shaped paper stick together. The shampoo and shower gel feels very cheap as well.

Nice large hotel infront of the promenade

Clean large style hotel, rooms are nicely sized and right infront of the promenade so very nice in the afternoon and evenings. We were hoping to get massages while staying here but unfortunately spa massage services were closed, and the second floor casino also. Breakfast is decent and rooms are comfortable. There were a bunch of other good facilities in the hotel. Only thing we had an issue with was we booked and paid for a suite, but the hotel was overbooked and they downgraded us to a normal room (they told us we were upgraded to ocean view but these regular rooms are still cheaper than the suite), and no refund. However they did give us a late checkout till 5pm on the last day. Overall a nice hotel and decently priced.

Достойный отель в центре

Номер нужно брать обновленый! Тогда все будет хорошо! Тихо, спокойно, удобная кровать, номер большой, огромный балкон, подушки разной жесткости, но я бы рекомендовал отелю мягкие подушки заменить на пуховые, тогда сон гостей будет вообще идеален. Отель в самом центре. Очень удобно с ужином. До рыбного рынка и морских ресторанов ехать 3 минуты на такси. Завтрак так себе, но лучше в Грузии я и не видел почему-то, к сожалению даже в 5*отелях...
