экономно и комфортно.

Были в удачное время-середина сентября, отличная погода и комфортное пребывание в отеле украсило наш отдых. Расположение отеля-очень удачное, до всех прогулочных мест и пляжа недалеко. Завтраки-обычные, даже есть некоторое изобилие для небольшого количества номеров в отеле(3 вида салатиков, помидоры, огурцы, мюсли,оливки, колбаса 2х видов, сыр-3-х видов,яйца, омлет, сосиски, фрукты-у нас был арбуз, дыня, виноград, сливы, персики,руши, все для чая-кофе. Вроде, ничего не забыла. Это-всегда интересует при выборе отеля. На рецепции работают доброжелательные девушки. Номер-Джуниор Сьют-огромный(наш был 303) с большим балконом, жалко, что с видом не на площадь. По выходным-там проводят городские мероприятия. Есть, конечно, и другие отели-пятерки, ближе к морю, но цена в них гораздо выше. Поэтому рекомендую.

I would not recommend the air conditioning too hot

The hotel was very nice but the air conditioning was bad and we called the receptionist and they said within 10 minutes and nothing happened and the second day of Wi-Fi was interrupted for a full day and was not repaired until the second day but there was a receptionist MARIAM very cool and service and gave us a free slide available Wi-Fi She shipped the card and helped us a lot Thank you Mariam with all my heart

Only stay at this hotel if you hate your life

The air conditioning was broken upon our arrival. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the staff just told us that because we had paid in advance, there would be no refund regardless if we stayed at their establishment. With the promise that the a.c. would be fixed tomorrow, we decided to tough it out. Needless to say, the a.c. was not fixed the next day, or the day after yet we watched the staff inform all guests that it would most assuredly be fixed tomorrow whenever they were asked. In addition to the broken a.c., the shower had no door or curtain so water would seep out into the bedroom any time we bathed (which was often because the room was hot as lava) creating a giant puddle. We could hear every car racing up and down the street and boisterous late night conversation because we had to have our windows open in order to not suffocate. Besides the a.c. issues, we were missing a blackout curtain on one of the windows, the smoke detectors were clearly not in service (no light), and there were loose wires dangling from our balcony. On a positive note, breakfast was surprisingly good with the major exception that they only had instant coffee. Batumi is lovely, just don't stay at this hotel.

Oda Satınalma şartları yerine getirilmedi..

Yer konum olarak süper bir noktada.. temizlik orta seviyede.. lakin özellikle 2 yatak odalı junior suit oda satın almamıza rağmen normal oda verdiler, itiraz edip rezerve dekontumuzu göstermemize rağmen o odayı veremeyeceklerini, ancak bu odada kalabileceğimizi söylediler.. resepsiyondaki cristan isimli kadın bağırıp çağırarak bişeyler anlatarak az türkçe bilen bi resepsioniste o şirketten satın almasalarmış, gidip onlardan istesinler, gelip direk buradan alsalardı gibi bişeyler söyletti.. mecburen o odayı kabul edip kalmak zorunda kaldıkk.. telefonumuz yurt dışına kapalı olduğu içinde arayıp bu durumu size iletemedik.. karsılama hizmet kalitesi o otele yakışmadı..

При заселении в номер обнаружили, что бутылки с питьевой водой, предоставленные отелем, открыты, что заставляет задуматься о тщательности уборки. В шкафу не было ни одной вешалки. Номер огромный, завтраки хорошие. В целом, вполне хороший вариант.

A Huge Disappointment

First of all the hotel , although claiming to have cable TV did not have ONE SINGLE channel in English. No news stations....NOTHING!!! Then the buffet breakfast that they again claimed. We were given the same breakfast every single day. One fried egg, cold, two slices of cheap baloney and two slices of processed cheese. One tomato sliced, and a few slices of cucumber. One slice of plain white bread, not toasted and no fruit or juice. We were given no choice, that was the breakfast for our five day stay. After the third day we chose to eat our breakfast at a normal restaurant.

Otelin yeri merkezi heryere rahat ulasabileceginiz bir konumda.odalar genis ferah temizlik konusunda sikinti yok.tvde hep gurcu kanallari var.resepsiyondaki arkadaslar turkce bilmiyor.kahvalti icin buyuk beklentilere girmeyin ama servis ve temizlik buradada iyi.sonuc olarak hic dusunmeden burada kalabilirsiniz pisman olmazsiniz

Downtown hotel

Perfect town hotel. Right in center of Batumi. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, cafes and casinos. Highly recommended.
