"We had a great stay. Our room was so spacious, very clean and comfortable. The best part was that we were treated with such care. Sha’Keyla went above and beyond by helping us get in our room as quickly as possible. We had to be ready for an event and needed the extra time. We appreciated her hospitality and extra care. Her help made our trip and event turn out perfectly!"

"The front desk staff member who checked me in was exceptionally friendly and professional—easily the best service I’ve experienced during my many stays here. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, noise remains a consistent issue for me at this location. Between constant door slamming and heavy footsteps overhead (possibly related to pet-friendly rooms), the sound was so disruptive that I barely slept. Since I’ve encountered this noise across multiple stays—regardless of whether my room faced the highway or the quiet side—the hotel would benefit greatly from better soundproofing between rooms and floors. The individual handling checkout was less than friendly—a stark contrast to the wonderful sub working the night shift. Since this person is often there during my arrivals, I believe they may be the manager, which makes the lack of warmth particularly disappointing."

"Great place to stay! Pictures were accurate. Located near Nashville Super Speedway that we went to along with Nashville and Franklin. Bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub. We will certainly stay again!"
