"This place really sucked because we had car issues and we had no service available to call so we ended up not getting there until 6:30 the next morning and we thought they would understand so we told them all this when we checked in and we were under the impression that we would be able to stay until the next day because we had already booked and payed for one night however when we got settled in after breakfast we went to lay down and got woke up repeatedly over and over until we went down and payed for another night so not only did we not get a full night we ended up paying over double for a one night stay I will never stay again at this horrible misunderstanding piece of work for a hotel. The only nice person out of all of the staff was the breakfast lady everyone else really was not nice or helpful or accommodating for our circumstance and we don’t have money to throw away like that and the place was not clean like you would expect for paying that kind of money. Motel 6 is like royalties compared to this LaQuinta Hotel."
