We really enjoyed the property. We went to visit with family that lives nearby and enjoyed fishing off the dock and using the paddleboard and kayaks.

We came in from out of town for a small golf trip and it did not disappoint..The property was nice, clean and well laid out. Plenty of bedrooms/beds as well as bathrooms and showers. We enjoyed the dock and use of the kayaks a lot. We also really enjoyed the cornhole and fire pit area.This was perfect for a small group or family.

Lovely little lakehouse

This little lakehouse is lovely! Very clean and comfy! The view of the lake is wonderful and it’s in a great location. We were visiting family nearby and it allowed us to maximize our time with them. We hope to return in the summer!

Great time at the lake

My wife and I were in the area for business for 15 days. We really enjoyed coming back to the house and sitting by the lake with a glass of wine and unwinding. This sure beat staying in a hotel for this amount of time. The price was much better than staying at the hotel we usually stay at also. Can't beat that!

Cute lake cottage!

The view is beautiful! The property is super clean and decorated really cute! The only drawback we found was the daybed and bunk bed rooms were not sufficient beds for adults. They are not great quality and would not hold an adult. The property basically sleeps 2 adults and smaller children. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

In town for a wedding @ Record Box Loft. 5 adults. The view when I first walked in was Awesome!!! Wish we could’ve stayed in warmer weather to enjoy the water. We did enjoy the campfire though. Everything was wonderful. Would go again & highly recommend 👍

Beautiful Views

We really enjoyed the house and property. It was perfect for our family. We could've used a little more parking since we are from the area and friends and family wanted to visit. The listing did indicate that parking was limited so that's not an issue with our hosts or the listing just a wish list item on our part. We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. Sitting around the fire and making smores while watching the sunset was our favorite part!

Beautiful house on the lake!

This place was amazing! The house sits right on the beach of Saint Mary’s Lake. The views are lovely! This house was probably on the top 5 of all the places I’ve rented from VRBO/Evolve. So so clean, very nicely decorated, private neighborhood, all within a 10 minute drive to gas, groceries, etc. There was a slight problem checking in but the hosts were right there to take care of it. Super nice people too. I would definitely recommend this place. It would be so fun in the summer with the lake right on front of you! Thank you for this very comfortable place on the lake!

We stayed for the Fourth of July week and this house had everything we wanted for a relaxing lake trip. The view from the living room is spectacular. Everything in the house was in perfect condition -- like new -- and it was extremely clean. Pretty much all the supplies we needed were there. The host even contacted me to let me know the schedule for Fourth of July fireworks. Very nice. I'll just note that the lake is shallow and rather weedy, but the water is clear and great for swimming. We could not have been happier.

So Comfy So Close!

The interior design is amazing, upstairs the front room with Keurig coffee bar complements the amazing view of the lake. I ended up in the screened in porch downstairs every evening Listening to the frog chorus. We picked up a large pizza from Steve’s Pizza fed us and our friends kids for three days. fennel sausage was amazing, Enjoyed the early morning pink sky over the lake in Adirondack chairs. Great location only 15 min from anything you might need. Horrocks supplied us with delicious sirloin tips we cooked in house. Usually I don’t Cook on getaways but in this house I didn’t want to leave the comfy cocoon. Got to kayak with my Bestie who stopped by and her son learned to paddle board in 5 minutes. House is pleasantly sized for a group. The stairs replaced my work out nicely. Lake is quiet and water temp was just right. Highly recommend.
