Cozy Spot

This sweet place is clean, cozy, and equipped. The neighborhood is beautiful. Off-street parking is convenient. The beds and pillows are very nice! The decor is lovely. I highly recommend this place!

Great Area Rental

Great night’s sleep

Very clean and quiet location, close to our student at LSU. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Took a walk in the neighborhood and felt very safe. Location is convenient to many popular places in BR and we would certainly stay here again.

Amazing property

We were in Baton Rouge for my niece’s LSU graduation. This property is minutes from there not to mention also close to Walmart, restaurants, shopping etc. we sat on the porch and enjoyed our coffee before heading to the graduation. It was so relaxing and beautiful scenery. You will not be disappointed if you stay here! The host is amazing!!

LSU Move in Weekend

We moved our daughter into LSU this weekend and we stayed at this property. It was absolutly perfect, convienent and exactly as described. My wife loved the layout and the amenities(that is saying a lot, and a bonus for me). We will absolutly stay again when in town. Thank you Kim for a great stay.

LSU Family Visit

Check-in was easy. This was the 2nd time I stayed at this property. There was a TV added to the bedroom Nice addition! Pleny of kitchen stuff to make dinner too.

Perfect bungalow

This was a terrific place to stay for the week. I was so impressed with how clean the entire unit was and the bed was super comfortable. It had parking right beside the house and I felt safe here. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Baton Rouge.

We had a wonderful stay. The property’s location was perfect for our purpose, which was exploring Baton Rouge because my daughter is attending LSU this year. The only issue we had was the shower was super slippery and we all almost fell- but we remedied that with a shower mat.

In Town for National Bowling Tournament

We stayed here for four nights while we were in Baton Rouge for the USBC National Bowling Tournament. It is about 10 minutes away (by car) from the Raising Cane Center. This apartment was the perfect size for the two of us, and it is decorated beautifully. We enjoyed being able to come back to the apartment after the activity and excitement of the tournament each day. It is located in a residential area, and the two of us took a walk around the pretty, tree-lined neighborhood several times. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy.

So cozy!

I came into Baton Rouge with my daughter for a long weekend baseball tournament at LSU. This place was awesome! Updated, clean, cozy, well stocked. The owner was very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was easy access to everything we needed. Very happy with this entire experience - 10/10 would recommend!

Garden District Rental

Nice and very clean apartment. I was pleasantly surprised by how roomy it felt. The front porch was very relaxing and the neighborhood is fun and close to many good places to eat or visit. I would be happy to stay here again.

The stay was great. Close to downtown and to LSU. All modern and up-to-date. Had to call to get the keypad number, but the property manager answered right away. It wasnt just sent to us. We would stay there again though.

Great 1 bedroom apt within 10 min drive of LSU

We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well decorated this property is. There is parking on site. It is a 10 minute drive to LSU. There is a breakfast place within walking distance. I have two suggestions...stock the kitchen a bit better with cooking and dining necessities (it was sparse to say the least) and to put conditioner in the shower. Other than that, it was a great stay. I would absolutely recommend. Thank you!
