Reviewing this property poorly because they were overbooked when I attempted to check-in. I had already paid for my room, but none were available. This left me needing to find a new hotel after I landed from my flight, coming from out of state, at midnight. Expedia did not provide the hotel with my phone number after booking, so they were also not able to contact me to let me know in advance that there were no rooms available. The woman at the counter was kind and provided me with confirmation of my cancellation and a complimentary water bottle, but was not able to help me otherwise. Expedia claims they spoke with hotel staff when attempting to process a refund for me, but that the staff do not have documentation of my cancellation. However, when I contacted Quality Suites directly they were able to find my cancellation immediately with the cancellation number they provided me. Additionally, this booking was confusing because Expedia has the property listed as a Comfort Suites, when in reality it is a Quality Suites.
