"This is a seemingly brand new hotel overlooking the river near the end of the downtown business district. The staff were all courteous and competent. Complementary breakfast was nothing special, but a step above most. Would definitely stay here again. "

"we booked three nights but only stayed one….hotel is under construction so we had no hot water, breakfast was grab and go…no tea or coffee….booked this place for the pool….pool is closed down…. was happy to get a refund but now i have been charged an extra night on my visa from them….no one at hotel knows how or why!!! Have contacted my bank and they have put it through to the fraud department "
