"Overall the property was AMAZING! Such a great get away from the city. The amount of things that are provided to do during your stay (house amenities, outdoor toys, spots to hangout etc) were underestimated on our part! Some things to note - the closest mainstream grocery is in Newport, if you are looking to ‘run’ while on vacay (the driveway to the main road and back is .6 miles), make sure you sit out and watch the stars (so beautiful!), there was a local herring and 2 bald eagles that flew over us the whole time while in the water! Though the river was low due to time of year we made the most of it and the house was awesome! The only constructive feedback was how well the AC worked - it was COLD. This in reality is a positive to know that the windows in the house and the AC operate effectively. Thank you for an amazing time! "

"Exactly as listed. You get the bottom half of the house and for 8 people it was great. Very clean and they just got new carpet so we absolutely respected their wishes on us not wearing shoes in the house. We were within walking distance of general store, expressos, and our personal beach/dock. My whole family loves the water and we all had a blast for our 3 night stay."
