The unit is as spotless and Tricia was great to work with. This was my 2nd stay and I highly recommend this for your stay beds are comfortable and it’s perfect to unwind and spread out. Neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything in Batesville.

The apartment was perfect for my stay. Extremely clean, more than I expected, bed was very comfortable, enough room to unwind. The neighborhood was very quiet. Tricia was very responsive and added many small touches to make me feel welcomed. I will stay there again and highly recommend this to others.

Cute yet spacious condo
Well-decorated place with two good-sized bedrooms, a large bathroom, and open living space and kitchen. We didn't use the kitchen all that much, but everything else was wonderful (and it was great to get out of the southern heat into the nice A/C -- my New-Englander self was happy about that). The host was incredibly helpful and polite, no complaints here!
