"Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a stay at the Casa Grande. There is no road to the place, i.e. they have to pick you up by boat. I sent an e-mail, left two WhatsApp messages and tried calling 4 times, all to no avail. Even 2 days later I have not heard from them. I ended up in Parismina without any recourse to get to the place, and so I had to find a different accommodation there. Very unfortunate. If you can book this place in the morning for the evening, the resort must respond, otherwise...

"Very nice owners and the cabin was super clean and well equipped. The double bed is not very big, but it is comfortable. The entrance is from the main street and is a bit steep, but a 4x4 is not required, we drove the way up with a sedan. During the day, you can hear the trucks drive by on the main road, but at night it is mostly quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was amazing!"

"I had a wonderful stay here! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure we felt at home. The food was not only delicious but also very affordable — such a great surprise! "I stayed here 10 days and loved it. Very clean place with good breakfast. You choose the breakfast time and they are very flexible. There's a fridge, microwave and "plug-in pan" on the big shared balcony, as well as some seats and tables and a hammock, really nice for chilling out. The balcony to my own room was much smaller, but still nice to open up the door wide for fresh air and putting clothes out to dry. The owners also run a rafting business, and fitted a tour in for me at short notice....
