"We absolutely loved staying here. The overwater bungalows were so enjoyable to experience. The staff was very attentive and are fluent in English. Being able to swim in the water, enjoy all the wildlife, paddle boarding, and kayaking will give us plenty to do while we stayed there and the water taxis were very easy to get the staff can even help you get one if needed."

Everything, from the welcome and transfers, to the smoothies/drinks, fresh made meals with local ingredients, to the excursions far exceeded our expectations. "This lodge is far more than a hotel. It is an experience. They take excellent care of you. The food is amazing and the details in preperation is top quality. My spouse and I enjoyed the realxed atmosphere but also the activities. We went on the wildlife tour, the bat caves and snorkeling (arranged by La Loma). All were fun. Be aware that you are in the jungle with jungle noises at night and no walls. After the first night, we got used to the sounds and actually found them soothing. From the cocao tea and muffins at your door before you wake, to the incredible sunsets from the dining room, it is an excellentexperience. I'm sad we had to leave. "
